Providing frontline support for NICE CXone and RingCentral platforms, the full-time remote Telecom Engineer will resolve technical issues, maintain telecom workflows, and assist with call flow design and implementation while collaborating with senior engineers and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Provide Tier 1 support for user access, call quality, and device configuration issues within RingCentral and NICE CXone environments Provision and manage user accounts and system configurations, monitoring platform health and performance Assist in the development and documentation of call flows and maintain accurate support documentation for operational excellence Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in IT or telecom support roles Hands-on experience with NICE CXone and RingCentral platforms Familiarity with IVRs, call routing, and basic telecom workflows Exposure to scripting or workflow tools, preferably CXone Studio Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
