The ideal candidate will be energetic, active, flexible, and passionate about supporting a child’s development through play, education, and meaningful activities. The family is looking for a long-term team member who values consistency, open communication, and has demonstrated longevity in previous positions. Schedule:1 week on / 1 week off up to 3 weeks while traveling Languages:English and Spanish required Travel:Must be open to domestic and international travel for up to 3 weeks Validpassport required Candidates:Local candidates preferred; open to fly-in/fly-out candidates Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care Create and plan engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and physical activity Support the child's educational and developmental goals Prepare meals and snacks for the child Handle the child's laundry and keep his belongings and spaces organized Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have: 5–10+ years of professional childcare experience A degree inEducationor relevant certifications inMontessori, early childhood education, or child development is preferred.
