Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Day & Swing Shifts | Monday–Friday | MUST HAVE Open Availability and be able to work flexible hours | Multiple Locations | On Call basis and hours range from 20-40 hours a week.

GLISS is hiring for a janitorial position in an educational setting in Hillsboro, OR. We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment. Hours will vary each week depending on the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Refill paper products and soap dispensers.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for special events and activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.

Qualifications:

• No experience required – training provided.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Schedule Details:

• Full-time, Part-time, or Temporary positions available.
• 8-hour shifts.
• Days and Location VARY

Shift options:

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
