The position brings together business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, analysts, vendors, and technical teams to deliver effective IT solutions. You will play a key role in planning and coordinating end-to-end testing, including system, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. The role combines project coordination, quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and technical testing expertise. You will work across both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies in a fast-paced environment where organization and attention to detail are essential. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced IT professional who enjoys facilitating collaboration, improving delivery quality, and managing complex testing activities. \n

Accountabilities:

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will support project delivery from planning through release readiness, with a strong focus on quality, governance, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Support Project Managers with quality plans, schedules, test status reporting, stage-gate presentations, and project coordination activities. Coordinate quality and testing activities across business teams, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Monitor and report project dependencies, risks, issues, impacts, and compliance requirements. Maintain project documentation, approvals, quality artifacts, testing evidence, and audit-ready records. Serve as an SDLC and QA subject matter expert across Agile and traditional project environments. Develop and maintain quality plans, testing deliverables, quality metrics, documentation, and project approvals. Ensure adherence to SDLC, QA, Agile delivery standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable SOX controls. Lead quality reviews, inspections, peer review meetings, testing activities, and release-readiness assessments. Manage end-to-end testing activities, including system, integration, regression, performance, and UAT. Develop test approaches, plans, schedules, strategies, success metrics, and entry and exit criteria. Facilitate test scenario and test script development, testing kickoffs, and defect review meetings. Manage the full defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, tracking, retesting, reporting, and closure. Coordinate performance testing, including workload modeling, execution planning, environment readiness, monitoring, analysis, and remediation support. Create, maintain, and execute OpenText LoadRunner performance and load-testing scripts and analyze testing results. Communicate quality metrics, testing status, compliance updates, risks, issues, audit readiness, and performance testing outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. Requirements

The role requires a strong combination of IT project experience, quality assurance and testing expertise, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field. 5–10+ years of experience working as an IT project team member; Quality Analyst experience is preferred. Experience serving as a test lead and coordinating testing between IT and business teams, including automated performance testing initiatives. Strong meeting facilitation, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, particularly in identifying project risks and supporting decision-making through risk analysis. Ability to manage multiple assignments, adapt to changing priorities, establish workloads, and operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, conflict-resolution, organizational, and teamwork skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience developing test approach documentation for Agile and traditional project environments. Working knowledge of SDLC governance, quality assurance, testing processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory controls, including SOX. Hands-on experience with OpenText LoadRunner, including Virtual User Generator scripting, parameterization, correlation, scenario configuration, execution, monitoring, and results analysis. Project management methodology certification is preferred. Agile methodology certification or introductory Scrum/Agile training is preferred. Experience with OpenText ALM (Quality Center), LoadRunner Cloud, and Virtual User Generator is preferred. Experience applying Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative delivery methodologies within enterprise IT environments. Experience with Planview tools, including AgilePlace, ProjectPlace, and Portfolio.
