We manufacture and sell kitchenware, hydration, and everyday products for all types of retailers - from national chains all over the world to independent shops in the small towns throughout the US. As our business continues to grow, we are in search of motivated and talented candidates to join our leadership to for our Packaging and Graphic Design teams.

You have sharp attention to detail, love to create new concepts for our ever growing selection of goods. You have experience leading a team in graphic or packaging space. You can help a team prioritize their workload, remove obstacles and excel at organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative packaging concepts and product graphics from concept to production, ensuring designs captivate consumers and clearly communicate product function.
\n
• Create precise and innovative dielines for packaging structures, ensuring seamless production.
\n
• Collaborate with vendors to communicate design specifications effectively and troubleshoot production challenges.
\n
• Possess a deep understanding of print materials and techniques to ensure optimal packaging execution.
\n
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging packaging innovations, and safety compliance to continuously push the boundaries of design.
\n
• Manage and mentor a team of packaging designers, setting creative direction and maintaining high quality standards across all projects.
\n
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain to align packaging with broader launch strategies.
\n
• Present packaging concepts and strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
\n
• Manage team of 2-4 graphic designers and ensure their execution is timely, accurate and within brand guidelines.
\n
• Support interdepartmental organization and teams compliance with processes

Requirements

\n
• 7–10 years of experience with an in-house design team or creative agency, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
\n
• Proven experience as a Packaging Design leader, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in consumer electronics packaging.
\n
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
\n
• Deep knowledge of packaging design, printing, materials, and structure.
\n
• Strong understanding of printing materials and techniques, including sustainability considerations.
\n
• Strong branding and logo design skills.
\n
• Excellent hand skills and ability to oversee mockup packaging for stakeholder review.
\n
• Photo retouching capabilities for packaging assets as needed.
\n
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, anticipate demands, and communicate status appropriately.
\n
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
